Quotations
Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue and are based on the site dimensions, materials and scope recorded at the time of measurement.
Orders and payments
Production begins after design freeze and receipt of the agreed advance. Remaining payments follow the stages defined in your order confirmation.
Timelines
Delivery timelines are calculated from design freeze and assume site readiness. Delays caused by site access, civil work or client-side changes may extend schedules.
Installation and warranty
Installation is performed by our teams. Manufacturing workmanship and branded hardware carry warranty as stated in your handover documentation. Warranty excludes misuse, water damage and unauthorised modification.
